Houston-based Power Time sells, customizes and implements both ACT! By Sage and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for small to medium-size companies throughout the United States. Since 1988, we have provided custom implementations of contact management and customer relationship management solutions. In our 21 years, we have gained extensive experience in several industries including wholesale distribution, recruitment, financial services, professional services, and healthcare. Additionally, Power Time provides IT managed services and turnkey network architecture planning, installation and service. We offer the following:
• We are certified specialist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ACT! By Sage software. We give you a choice based on your needs and budget.
• We implement and manage IT infrastructures. Power Time is uniquely qualified to recommend or provide the IT networks for client environments. Having knowledge of software, hardware, and network technologies allows us to provide turnkey solutions and efficient troubleshooting when needed.
• We have engaged clients in 24 states and 4 foreign countries. We have experience in managing both local and remote projects.
• We are adept consultants. Power Time listens before making recommendations. Understanding the mission and objectives of client companies is Power Time’s first priority.
A thorough understanding of the client business processes and workflows is required. Additionally, factors such as client resources, corporate culture, risk, and level of project acceptance and participation by both management and staff are all considered in order for a recommendation to be viable.
