Power Time was founded by David Eckles in 1988 as a hardware/IT services company. Within a few months, David was introduced to TeleMagic, the very first software designed to help a sales rep manage his time and his relationships with clients and prospects. The destiny of the company was cast. We have focused on sales, marketing, and customer service software ever since.
Susan Eckles joined David in 1989 and together they developed the Power Time reputations for resolute service and practical automated solutions to complex business challenges. By the late 90’s, Power Time was #3 worldwide in TeleMagic sales, Susan was on the National Advisory Council, was awarded the prestigious Sage Software Vice President’s Award for Service to the Consulting Community, and was a regular speaker at national conventions.
When Sage Software, TeleMagic’s parent company, purchased ACT! in 2001, Power Time saw an opportunity to expand the scope of its business from the mid-market, highly customizable TeleMagic to the broader-scoped ACT! market place. Power Time soon developed a reputation for designing quality solutions for ACT! users as they had historically with TeleMagic.
In 2006 another milestone was achieved with the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM V3 to the Power Time tools. With solutions spanning from ACT! to MS CRM, Power Time was able to offer the right solution, regardless of size or complexity of the client’s sales, marketing, and customer service requirements. From 2006 to 2008, Power Time has focused on customized solutions in the financial sector.
For 2009, Power Time has announced their development of Group Benefits CRM. GBCRM works with Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM V4 to target the needs of the Benefits Industry.
