David Eckles: Founder and President
David blends prior experience in sales, manufacturing, and distribution with 23
years experience with CRM software. His focus is custom software and network
services business development. With an extensive programming background, he
directs new software development and custom addon projects for Microsoft
Dynamics CRM and ACT! by Sage.
Susan Eckles: Executive Vice President
Power Time’s chief consultant, Susan directs CRM projects and ongoing support for
MSCRM, ACT! and TeleMagic installations. She is a Microsoft Certified
Professional, ACT! Certified Consultant, and TeleMagic Master VAR. Prior to her
22 years in Customer Relationship Management consulting, Susan worked in major
food and oilfield manufacturing companies.
Erin Barton: CRM Services
Erin’s passions for organization, logic, and people, however unlikely a
combination, coupled with her training at the University of Houston in education
and mathematics, have made her the perfect CRM support specialist for Power Time
clients. Erin strives to provide her clients with a CRM solution that best fits
their needs, keeps their businesses organized, and allows them to better utilize
their time. Erin focuses her efforts on ACT! and MSCRM support, with particular
emphasis on report writing.
Yeshua Gutierrez: IT Services
Yeshua’s passion is to solve IT issues. His training at ITT and Southern
Methodist University in Electronics Engineering and Advanced Computer Training
prepared him for his career at Power Time, where he provides installation and IT
support to an endlessly different set of hardware and software configurations at
client sites. His role is to ensure that the CRM systems Power Time designs work
optimally on client computers. His very personal commitment to resolve any issue
that may arise, no matter what it takes, makes him welcome wherever he goes.
